The use of BI technologies to package and deliver data to business users requires a well-maintained infrastructure to support a demanding workload. In this session, we'll review how the various components fit together and how decisions about where to install each component affect overall performance. We'll also discuss how day-to-day BI operations such as ETL, cube processing, and reports impact the database engine.

About the Speakers:

Denny Cherry has over a decade of experience managing SQL Server and is currently the Manager of Information Systems at Phreesia. Denny holds several Microsoft Certifications, including the MCM, as well as being a Microsoft MVP.

Stacia Misner is a consultant, educator, mentor, and author specializing in Business Intelligence solutions since 1999. During that time, she has authored or co-authored 10 books about BI.
