Idera Announces SQL safe 6.0

SEATTLE – Nov. 2, 2009 – In booth #200 at the 2009 PASS Summit, Idera, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and leading provider of management and administration solutions for Microsoft SQL Server, today announced SQL safe™ 6.0, the fastest SQL Server backup and recovery solution on the market. 

With new, patent-pending IntelliCompress2™ technology, SQL safe 6.0 delivers record-breaking backup compression and speed. SQL safe’s IntelliCompress2 continually monitors resource availability and performance during the backup process and constantly adjusts compression to ensure the fastest backups and the smallest, most compressed backup files.

Pricing and Availability
Idera SQL safe 6.0 is available today and is $1,195 per SQL Server instance. Idera also released a new SQL safe Lite version available as part of the new SQL toolbox. SQL safe Lite is $295 per SQL Server Instance.
