PASS 2013 Elections: Around the Corner
The 2013 election season is upon us. In April, the PASS Board of Directors unanimously passed two motions that enable PASS to take the next steps in growing the organization’s international reach and influence:
- Convert a Director-at-Large seat to a regional EMEA seat
- Streamline the elected community representatives to the Nominations Committee (NomCom) to reflect the seat composition of the Board
Read more about the recent changes to the PASS Board composition from PASS Director James Rowland-Jones' April blog post and find out more about the process for awarding seats. NomCom Applications Now Open
Applications for this year's Nomination Committee (NomCom) are now open. The purpose of the NomCom is to review applications for the 2013 PASS Board election, verify references, and interview and rank the applicants who want to run for the PASS Board. The NomCom is comprised of the Past President of the PASS Board of Directors, a PASS Board representative, and 3 community representatives elected by the PASS membership and whose seats will mirror the regional seats that have been added to the Board of Directors elections this year.
