Zoe Krumm is a Senior Manager of Cyberforensics for the Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit (DCU) and specializes in using Big Data and advanced analytics to detect and combat intellectual property crimes. Along with her colleagues, which include investigators, forensic experts, and attorneys, she focuses on building data models to explain and predict piracy mechanics
This past year her work has focused the connection between IP crime and other forms of cybercrime, such as BotNets and other malware. During her 12 years at Microsoft, Zoe has supported hundreds of local and international IP crime investigations. Zoe recently received her MBA from Seattle University and also received a Masters of Education from the University of Washington.
