Miguel is an expert in Analytics and CRM. In 2015, Miguel founded Analytikus, a Data Science solution company, aimed at simplifying how companies consume data and solve Big Data problems. He also has extensive experience in the design and creation of revenue-oriented marketing campaigns and Social CRM. In addition, he supervised and helped build the administration and regulation of customer acquisition and contact guidelines for both Hewlett Packard and Sony Professional Services Latin America. As a Digital Marketing expert, he has given seminars and conferences to different organizations, such as Florida International University, Tec of Monterrey (ITESM), and Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.
