The 2009 PASS Community Summit will be held November 3-6, at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle, WA.

In appreciation of our 2008 sponsors and exhibitors’ support, we are offering two early bird exhibitor options for PASS Summit 2009:

Sign Up Now to Lock In 2008 Pricing or Less

• Applications must be signed and returned prior to Dec 31, 2008
• 2008 exhibitor pricing applies if payment is received by March 31, 2009
• Payments received prior to January 31, 2009 receive a 5% discount off the 2008 rate
• Payments received prior to February 28, 2009 receive a 2% discount off the 2008 rate
• Best booth space allocation opportunities (see Booth Space Allocation below)
• First right of refusal on marketing/promotional items purchased in 2008 and available in 2009
• 10% discount on new 2009 marketing and promotional items

Booth selection for PASS Summit 2009 Summit is on a first come first served basis. Signed PASS Summit 2009 Exhibitor contracts take precedence followed by companies with signed Intent to Exhibit contracts.
