Cihan Biyikoglu
Lead Technical Program Manager
, Microsoft
Cihan Biyikoglu is a Program Manager for Microsoft SQL Azure, covering the scale and programmability experience for SQL Azure. He is currently focused on enabling scale-out database solutions through the SQL Azure Federations feature.
Before joining the SQL Azure team, Cihan was leading program management of the Microsoft HealthVault platform and was a Program Manager at SQL Server as part of the SQLCAT team. Previously, he worked on database technologies such as Illustra and Informix Dynamic Server at Informix. He has a master’s degree in Database Systems from University of Westminster in the UK and a Computer Engineering degree from Yildiz Technical University in Turkey.
