Keith Elmore
Principal Escalation Engineer, Microsoft CSS
Keith Elmore is a Principal Escalation Engineer with Microsoft and has spent the past 15 years honing his skills troubleshooting SQL Server. He specializes in performance troubleshooting and helps define the methodology that other support engineers will use to solve their cases. In the process, he has developed a number of tools and utilities for internal use. Several of these, the SQL Server 2005 Performance Dashboard Reports, and the RML Utilities for SQL Server, are both available on the Microsoft download center for public use.
