*Current State and Local Taxes 15.6%, and effective November 2011, the City of Seattle has passed a new ordinance dictating all hotel guest rooms in Downtown Seattle will have a $2.00/night assessment. 

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be canceled with the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night room and tax penalty charge. If canceling or making changes to your hotel reservation prior to November 1, please contact Kristen Lindemann. If canceling on November 1 or after, please contact the hotel directly and request a written cancellation acknowledgment. If you require any changes to your arrival and/or departure dates on November 1 or after, please contact the hotel directly and request a revised hotel confirmation. Hotel confirmations will begin going out in mid-October. As part of a room block, all changes need to be made through PASS and not the hotel until November 1.
