
Support PASS Summit by Staying at the Conference Hotel
For the benefit of our attendees, PASS has negotiated a special room block at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel for the duration of Summit. Book your hotel room during your Summit online registration process. Please do not contact the hotel directly as PASS will not then get credit for your booking in our hotel contract.
If you do not know your arrival and departure dates at the time of registration, please enter tentative dates, then simply call the registration office at 1.888.714.5544 (US and Canada only) / 1.303.530.4879 or email Kristen Lindemann to update or make changes to your existing registration.

*Current State and Local Taxes 15.6% and, effective November 2011, the City of Seattle has passed a new ordinance dictating all hotel guest rooms in Downtown Seattle will have a $2.00/night assessment.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty charge. Please contact Kristen Lindemann to cancel your hotel reservation, if canceling prior to 1 week before the event. If canceling within one week of the event, please contact the hotel directly and request a written cancellation acknowledgment. Hotel confirmations will begin to be sent out in mid-September. As part of a room block, all changes need to be made through PASS and not the hotel.
