Substitution & Cancellation Policy


HOTEL CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Reservations must be canceled with the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night room & tax penalty charge.  If cancelling or changing your hotel reservation prior to October 27, 2014, please contact Brooke Daley. If cancelling or making changes to your reservation on or after October 27th, please contact the hotel directly and request a written cancellation acknowledgement. Hotel confirmations will begin going out in early to mid-October. As part of a room block, all changes need to be made through PASS and not the hotel prior to October 27, 2014.

PASS SUMMIT REGISTRATION - Substitution & Cancellation Policy:

If you are registered for PASS Summit only, cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Shannon Cunningham. All cancellations received by PASS on or before July 31, 2014, are entitled to a refund, minus a $295 processing fee. Cancelling a paid registration in order to accept a complimentary or discounted registration is only allowed on or before July 31, 2014, and will be subject to the $295 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be given to registrants who cancel after July 31, 2014 or who fail to attend the PASS Summit – absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason, including medical or family emergencies or weather conditions. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time. However, written notice is required, and for complete accuracy, must include all pertinent changes for the substituting attendee. Should a full refund for the registration fee be required to the original attendee's credit card, all required credit card information for the substituting attendee must be provided in order for the new transaction to be processed at the same time. No payment changes will be accepted at a later date.

PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION - Substitution & Cancellation Policy:


Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Shannon Cunningham. All cancellations received by PASS on or before July 31, 2014 are entitled to a refund, minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be given to registrants who cancel after July 31, 2014, or who fail to attend the Pre-Conference session – absolutely no exceptions will be made for any reason, including medical or family emergencies or weather conditions. Substitutions for paid registrants may be made at any time. Based on availability, paid registrants may change their Pre-Conference session selection up to Friday, October 31, 2014 (must be Pre-Conference session of equal $ value). No changes will be accepted after this date.

CONFERENCE SESSION RECORDINGS (USB Flash Drive or Download) - Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Shannon Cunningham. All cancellations received by PASS on or before November 4, 2014 are entitled to a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds or credits will be given to registrants who cancel their USB order after November 5, 2014.

Important: If you ordered a USB during registration, please ensure you have entered your correct and complete mailing address in your registration record (including or omitting company name, if applicable). Note: Pre-Conference sessions will not be recorded.

Refund Policy

Should you be unable to attend the Summit and request cancellation, the refund amount due (see cancellation policy for details) will be refunded as follows:

1.    If registration fees were paid by credit card, the refund due will be applied directly to the credit card that was used in your registration. No refunds or credits will issued to an alternative credit card at any time. Should you no longer have the credit card that was used in your registration, a check refund will be issued to the company indicated in your registration and mailed to your attention at the company address.

2.    If your registration fee was paid by check by your company, a check refund will be issued to the company indicated in your registration and mailed to your attention at the company address. PASS will require 30 days to issue a check refund.

Registration Disclaimer

If any circumstances or events beyond the control of PASS causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, PASS agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee for which PASS is reimbursed by insurance or another third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.

International Participants

PASS Summit attendees arriving from outside of North America may require a letter of invitation to enter the United States. If you require a letter of invitation, please download, complete, and return the International Attendee Questionnaire. Once you have submitted your questionnaire and completed registration and payment, we will provide you with a Letter of Invitation.
