Speaker Bio: Bodo Micheal Danitz

Bodo Michael Danitz has been a freelance consultant for database systems since his days of electrical engineering studies. He worked as an application developer on Oracle platforms for eight years. With the release of Microsoft SQL Server 6 in 1995 he left the Oracle platform to deep dive into SQL Server DBA matters. His specialities are performance tuning, very large databases, and high availability subjects. Today he is one of the few highly esteemed performance gurus worldwide. His customer list covers many global players, including Microsoft in Redmond, for whom he incidentally wrote SQL Server MOC exam items. He also won fame for his expertise in performance tuning Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX, as well as for his products known under the brand of SQLSunrise®.
