Once you have submitted your questionnaire and completed registration and payment, we will provide you with a Letter of Invitation.

Transportation from the Airport
The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 16 miles from most downtown hotels. Several options exist for travel to the downtown Seattle area.

Downtown Airporter serves the Airport outside Door 00 at the south end of Baggage Claim. Departs twice an hour from 5:30 am - 9:00 pm with service to and from major downtown Seattle hotels including the Seattle Sheraton, Grand Hyatt, and Westin Hotel. Additional downtown properties are served via Connector Service.
