If you require a letter of invitation, please download, complete and return this International Attendee Questionnaire. Once you have submitted your questionnaire and completed registration and payment, we will provide you with a Letter of Invitation.

The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 16 miles from most downtown hotels. Several options exist for travel to the downtown Seattle area.
